Emergency help for Tamils — TamilER
WITS is a proud member of FeTNA — the Federation of Tamil Sangams of North America. Through FeTNA, our community has access to TamilER, a volunteer-run service that provides rapid assistance to Tamils who are stranded, facing medical or travel emergencies, or in need of crisis counseling — anywhere in North America.
Please note: TamilER is not a government-run 911 or emergency service — it is a volunteer organization assisting the Tamil community in crisis. In any life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first.
